Okay, so I just got an email from the library that I have a library book coming up for renewal this week. How sweet is that? More importantly, I was able to login online and renew it without having to go to the library. Super impressed!
They also have smart traffic lights here - you know that sometimes in Canada you are stuck at a red light and absolutely nobody is coming from the other direction? That doesn't happen here. The traffic lights are smart, they monitor where cars are and adjust the lights accordingly. Smart.
Also, in parking garages, there is a sign at the end of each row that tells you how many spots are available in that particular row. Just gotta watch out for those tricky handicapped spaces!
