Andrew and I decided that we both need to lose a few pounds. And it's remarkable what a difference a little bit of effort can make on your waistline.
It's been 4 days of smaller portions and less snacking, and already Andrew has lost 6 pounds and I have lost 3. And I don't feel hungry. I shoulda done this a long time ago.
The guilt is already eating me up inside. We enjoyed birthday cake for Andrew's birthday this week and we both felt guilty about eating it.
